After Submitting the MahaDBT Scholarship Application online your application goes through the Scrutiny Process and then the Fund Disbursement Process.
Application Under Scrutiny Process
In the Under Scrutiny Process Application will be checked or verified by the Institute level and Department level. If they found a mistake in the application then they will send back the application to the student for correction with remarks.
Institute Level –
The Institute level officer verifies all the details filled in the application by the applicant. he can Disapprove if he finds any wrong details or mistakes in the application.
The Institute level Officer gives Approval to the application after verifying all details. and forward that application to the Department.
Department Level –
The department-level officer also verifies the application and gives final approval to the application. Now the Approved application will go through the Fund Disbursement Process.
I have submitted scholarship for minority development department 1 month ago and till today its showing under scrutiny ,and my friend also submitted at the same time his application got verified and forwarded to ddo ,i cant sort out whats the matter please help me out as 31st march is the last date
